Good to see our local sand martins have excavated themselves a brand new home, lots of new nests with very busy birds - good to see.

A very distant barn owl tonight on our evening walk. We saw 3 which was a brilliant tally. Speaking to the local farmer, he told us of 2 boxes that were occupied. Excellent news !
